Rick supervises the day-to-day activity of the company.  His experience in the industry began in the field and encompassed every stage from carpenter to project superintendent.  It was the camaraderie and appreciation for teamwork that motivated Rick to stay the course and eventually leading to an Ownership opportunity.
In 1988, Rick became a shareholder in Union Corner Construction and thoroughly learned the estimating, project management, and business skills that shaped the company in its present day form.
Rick’s early career experience gives him a unique approach to growing the business.  He enjoys problem solving and insures that excellent service is maximized in meeting the needs & goals of the client.  In leading the company, Rick sincerely believes that the single most effective way to differentiate Union Corner Construction from its competition is to exceed the clients’ expectations on every project.  While he delegates the day-to-day tasks to his capable staff, Rick takes pride in the fact that he is always accessible to clients.
Extent of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of Union Corner Construction personnel dedicated to the effective delivery of construction and construction management services.
Insure that the pre-construction work and estimating tasks conducted for the Owner are thorough and well organized.
Supervise the administrative and project accounting functions and be involved in the activities of the project manager and jobsite superintendent during all phases of the construction process.
